Counseling Center
The Counseling Department is a team of individuals who work together to assist students in being successful in high school while providing them with opportunitites to explore and prepare for their post-high school goals. We encourage students and parents to learn more about the information and services we offer to make your student's experience at WHS successful.
Upcoming Events/Reminders:
Running Start Information Sessions - Sophomores and Juniors who are interested in fall entry into Running Start and applying for the first time: Clark College is hosting two Running Start Information Nights on Jan. 18 and Jan. 26, 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the O’Connell Sports Complex on Clark’s campus. If you are interested in Running Start, please attend one of these sessions.
PSAT Results Returned - Thursday, January 23rd during Panther Time. All sophomores and juniors that took the PSAT attended a results presentation in the Auditorium. Please click here for the PowerPoint presentation that students received.
Senior Parents & Students: Need help filing your Financial Aid paperwork (FAFSA)? Attend College Goal Sunday, Jan. 22nd at WSU-Vancouver. College Goal Sunday Washington is a state-wide event that provides students and families with free help completeing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid. For more details, click here.
Junior Student & Parent Information Night - Thursday, February 16th @ 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium. This presentation will focus on senior year, graduation, and post high school options--college/military etc.
