IMMUNIZATION NOTICE

RCW 28A.210.080 states that all students must ahve their immunizations current in order to attend school. Washougal School District Policy No. 3413 also states that al students must be in compliance or they will be excluded from school. Parents are asked to provide requested documentation prior to the exclusion date on October 15, 2012. Please click this schedule of required immunizations.

Here is some of what we have done so far this year: *Given gifts and funds to CH-S familes with serious medical needs *Raised money for food baskets with the Penny Drive *Collected food to put in food baskets for local families *Purchased Christmas gifts for local kids in need We are so proud of our Kodiak families! Our community says THANK YOU!!! We can never say enough about what your caring and sharing means to children and families in our local area.
