We love our CCMS Boosters!
The Canyon Creek Middle School students are supported, in part, by the CCMS Booster Club. The CCMS Booster Club is comprised of parent volunteers who are chartered with providing many different types of fund raising programs and events.
What makes the Booster Club fundraising different from other fundraising for CCMS?
The CCMS Booster Club fundraising efforts are kept separate from other fundraising activities from which the school benefits. For example, the fundraising activities organized by the CCMS ASB (Associated Student Body) is student-led and funds raised by students are designated only to the ASB. In contrast, the fundraising efforts of the CCMS Booster Club involve only parent volunteers and funds raised by parent volunteers may be designated to the Booster Club.
What fundraisers are provided by the Boosters?
The Booster Club organizes Cougar Clothing sales, concessions at athletic events, and sells Payback books and other goods.
Who receives these funds?
There are many different areas within CCMS that benefit from the money raised by the CCMS Booster Club. They are, but not limited to, the Library, Band Department, Art Department, Physical Education/Health and Fitness, Back to School Night, Eighth Grade Celebration, Grade Level Enrichment and Smarter Balanced Testing treats.
