Leadership Team
Leadership is a critical factor in organizational success, and Washougal School District recognizes the value of leadership at all levels. Leadership is encouraged and supported among certificated staff and classified staff. The organizational leap from good to great depends on the degree to which leaders are identified and can have the opportunity to work together to form a cohesive system of best practices across all schools in teaching, learning and business operations.
The District has identified a team of administrators and supervisors who meet regularly in the interest of improving teaching, learning and the business operations of the school district.
