Board extends review of applications (posted 3-10-2011)
The Washougal Board of Directors met on Wednesday, March 9, to review superintendent candidate applications with the search consultant, Dr. Twyla Barnes, superintendent of Educational Service District 112. The Board elected to continue the review of applications next Monday evening, March 14, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room. As noted on the agenda, the board will convene and go immediately into executive session as allowed by law to review the qualifications of an applicant for school district employment. Search Process to Include Employees and Community
The Board of Directors has announced another step in the superintendent search process, a detailed schedule for March 25 and 26, 2011.
Employees are invited to meet the finalists and provide written input on Friday, March 25, from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. in the Commons at Washougal High School.
Community members are invited to meet the finalists and provide written input on Friday, March 25, from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. in the Commons at Washougal High School.
