2011-2012 Release Downtime Schedule
Release Down Time is from 3am to 9pm on each designated Saturday. However, most
releases will be complete before noon on Saturday. Data Centers will be returned to
production as soon as the release is complete. The exception to this will be the DF
releases that occur twice a year. The Release Down Time for a DF will be from 3am
Saturday until 9am Sunday.
ESD has scheduled President’s Day, Monday, February 20, from 9 a.m. until noon to complete needed upgrades to the WESPac system.
During the scheduled downtime all WESPaC services will be unavailable. This includes all Student, Fiscal, Payroll, and HR processing, and all access (whether by Citrix session or web access) for all teachers, staff, and parents.
**This does not include district email, only WESPaC services.
