Parent Advisory Committee and Boosters

These meetings are an opportunity for parents to hear about possible changes that are occurring at school, but even more importantly, to share concerns with the Principal and Associate Principal.  It is also an opportunity to ask questions of them.

Booster's is our group of parents that helps us organize volunteers, fundraisers, and assists teachers.  The funds from the Booster's work has helped to fund scholarships for students that cannot afford a field trip, purchase classroom materials that are used to enrich students learning, etc.  We combine the advisory meeting and booster meeting.  It is not an expectation that if you attend the advisory meeting that you will be volunteering at the school.  We recognize that many of our parents work during the school day.  However, there are many other ways to be involved that you may hear about and be willing to give some of your time towards.
