Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying Prevention
Washougal School District is committed to providing a safe educational environment for all students. We work with our staff to make sure that all reported incidents of bullying are fully investigated, and that supports are provided to students who experience bullying, as well as interventions to help students accused of bullying understand the impact their words and actions can have.
Students, parents, or other community members who are concerned about bullying can use the links above to report an incident or concern, or can utilize the school district’s harassment, intimidation, and bullying report form, part of board policy 3207 to report incidents and to make sure that students receive the care they need (a fillable version of this form is available here). All staff are trained on using and following the guidance set in this policy each school year. Copies of this guidance are also provided to parents and students as part of an age-appropriate lesson for students about maintaining positive school climate.
