Welcome to Canyon Creek Middle School and the Washougal School District. Canyon Creek Middle School is a rural school located 10 miles up the Washougal River Road in Skamania County.  Our campus was built in 2001 and adjoins Cape Horn-Skye Elementary School.  We currently serve 220 students in grades 6, 7, and 8.  All students receive daily instruction in reading, writing, social studies, math, and science.  We also offer several elective classes: band, choir, PE, vocational technology, family living, art, environmental science, journalism, and yearbook. We are a part of the Lower Columbia Middle School Activities Association. We offer these after school sports:  football, volleyball, wrestling, boys and girls basketball, knowledge bowl, and track.
