New Scholarships
(Applications available in Career Center)

 

The Brian Redman Memorial Music Scholarship
          $500 to $1,000 scholarship open to all high school students. The award may be used for fees, tuition, room and board, transportation, etc for opportunities to develop student’s talent. The award can be used during high school or college. If used for college, the students must attend a school in Washington. Video of performance, two letters of recommendation, essay required. Deadline: 5/25/12 (received)

One Stop Home Furnishings Scholarship
           $500 scholarship will be awarded to a senior pursuing business or science. Must have a 2.5 cum or better. Deadline: 5/25/12 (to Career Center)

Washougal Association of Educators Scholarship
            Two-$1,000 scholarships will be awarded to WHS seniors who are planning a career in education. Transcript, and essay on educational and career goals required.
Deadline: 5/25/12 (to Mrs. Walker)

Washougal Lions Club Scholarships
              3-$750 scholarships will be awarded to WHS seniors. Finalists are required to present to the club at their May 22nd meeting. Deadline: 5/17/12 (to Career Center)

Washougal PSE Len Bottemiller Scholarship
            $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a senior from Washougal High School. Three letters of recommendation, transcript, and personal statement required.
Deadline: May 25th (to the Career Center)
