About WHS Visual Arts
Washougal High School is committed to the development of the whole student, and the Arts are a part of that development. Students in the visual arts explore a variety of media and build an understanding of the elements of art.
The project based program is designed to allow students to demonstrate their understanding of the elements of art, and to explore the creative process. Student work is documented and displayed online to introduce students to the practice of displaying their work publicly and taking pride in their efforts.
