Due to expected inclement weather and the Winter Storm Warning in effect for the Portland Metro area, all activities and athletics taking place at Washougal Schools that start after 7 PM on Friday February 8 are cancelled. All activities and athletic events for Saturday February 9, and Sunday February 10 are also cancelled.
This includes all school-related sports and performances as well as outside group use of school facilities.
Specific Events not impacted:
- The CCMS ASB Dance from 2:45 to 4:45 PM will still take place
Specific Events that are rescheduled or cancelled:
- The WHS Girls Basketball Game vs. Rochester on Friday at 6 PM has been rescheduled for Monday
- The Girls Wrestling Regionals in Olympia on Saturday has been cancelled by WIAA, which is planning a 32 entry WIAA Mat Classic event starting 2-15-2019. Further details on this will be posted to wiaa.com on Monday.
- The Boys Wrestling Regionals at WHS on Saturday 2-9-19 has been cancelled by WIAA, which is planning a 32 entry WIAA Mat Classic event starting 2-15-2019. Further details on this will be posted to wiaa.com on Monday.
- The Cape Horn Skye Valentines dance has been cancelled.
- All Community Education classes through Sunday night have been cancelled or are being rescheduled.
- CRGE Movie Night is postponed
- ACT Testing in Camas on 2-9-19 is cancelled
