Invitation to Bid on Projects

Sealed bids will be received by Washougal School District at the Front Desk Reception area of the District Office, 4855 Evergreen Way, Washougal, WA 98671 until 2:00:00 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2025

Project Description: The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management, and site supervision as required to complete all work for WASHOUGAL HIGH SCHOOL DDC CONTROLS UPGRADES scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. The project is estimated to cost $450,000 Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening.

Bid documents will be available to view and/or download beginning on March 12, 2025, in the Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC). Prospective bidders can contact Sharlene Richard at [email protected] with any questions about setting up an account or viewing the documents.

The Washougal School District is committed to providing the maximum practicable opportunity for participation by minority business enterprises (MBEs) and women business enterprises (WBEs), and small businesses in the provision of goods and services purchased by the district. Although it is the district’s goal to actively work with all businesses, the district does not require a minimum level of MWBE participation as a condition for entering into a contract.
MWBEs are encouraged to be certified by the Washington State Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises (OMWBE).

The project is estimated to cost $600,000 Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening.
