Sealed bids will be received by Washougal School District at the Front Desk Reception area of the District Office, 4855 Evergreen Way, Washougal, WA 98671 until 2:00:00 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2025
Project Description: The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management, and site supervision as required to complete all work for WASHOUGAL HIGH SCHOOL ROOF REPLACEMENT scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. The project is estimated to cost $1,900,000 Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening.
Bid documents will be available to view and/or download beginning on April 2, 2025, in the Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC). Prospective bidders can contact Sharlene Richard at [email protected] with any questions about setting up an account or viewing the documents.

A mandatory pre-bid conference for contractors interested in bidding on this project will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, April 10, 2025. Pre-bid conference and tour will start at Washougal High School, 1201 39th St, Washougal, WA 98671
