
The first week of May is teacher appreciation week, and our students, families and staff are sending “shout outs” to our amazing educators.

The experiences she creates in her classroom prepare her students for success in the next grade and for life.
Beyond her classroom, Kim is incredibly caring, kind, and thoughtful toward everyone around her. She consistently connected with kids and went down to their level to see them as a person and individual rather than just another child in her life. She did everything she could to help her students be the best she consistently brought snacks for testing, supported us through tests, provided a very comforting space for her students, staying at school longer than needed for students, and arriving early most mornings. She did all this despite having problems with her own knee. She had a very big impact on who I wanted to be and was a role model even for a little 10 year old. She was by far one of the best teachers I have had and I will often recall times in her class that I cannot help but chuckle at. Thank you Mrs. Rindt! He works hard to plan and support students by meeting them where they are at with routines, schedules, and systems. Williams has been fun to teach with this year as he is so great at gearing our English work toward what students are interested in. Students are so engaged in the learning! He constantly thinks of creative and out of the box ways to elicit student thinking. Williams works to come up with a variety of activities that appeal to his students. He works hard to train his staff and it shows that they are all so knowledgeable in what each students needs within his classroom. I enjoy working with and learning from him, and I feel he has made me a better teacher! |
