This year Washougal School District has planned a “Soft Start” for kindergarteners. Students will experience their first days of school in small groups. This format will support students as they learn about their teacher, school, and classroom routines.
September 5, 9:00-12:30 am Students with Last Name that starts with A-G, in-person learning in a small group
Afternoon Family Connections Meetings with Teachers (to be scheduled at testing)
September 6, 9:00-12:30 am Students with Last Name that starts with H-P, in-person learning in a small group
Afternoon Family Connections Meetings with Teachers (to be scheduled at testing)
September 7, 9:00-12:30 am Students with Last Name that starts with Q-Z, in-person learning in a small group
Afternoon Family Connections Meetings with Teachers (to be scheduled at testing)
September 8 9:00-12:30 am ALL Kindergarteners, in-person learning for a half day in the morning
