The Washougal Board of Directors has hosted a series of meetings with constituent groups since December of 2006. These meetings are broad, information gathering meetings where the school board meets with different groups to gather information and keep in touch with the community.
During the 2012-2013 school year the board sought information and feedback from former students at both Washougal High School and Excelsior High School. The board gathered insight into the experiences of students, and used that to guide future programs and educational offerings at these schools.
