Dinner. Theater. Live Music. How about all three! Mark your calendar for the inaugural Renaissance Dinner at Washougal High School for an amazing, period-themed drama production with live performances of madrigal songs and a three-course dinner prepared by the WHS culinary program.

It’s time for something new and something old at the same time! The Washougal High School Drama and Choir programs are joining with the WHS Culinary project to present our first Renaissance Madrigal Dinner. This lively evening will feature theater, song, and a wonderful three-course dinner prepared by our talented students. The night will be set in a renaissance-era castle and will feature an original story and both period and period-esque madrigal songs.
These dinner shows will be held in the WHS Commons on Feb.17th and 18th from 6PM to 8PM. Tickets will go on sale through our online portal starting Jan.30 and will remain on sale until we have reached capacity for each night or Feb. 10th, whichever comes first, so get your tickets now!
Tickets are $20 each and include dinner, with your choice from three entrees – a Wild Boar Stew, a ½ Cornish Game Hen with sides, or a vegan Coconut Polenta.
Please note that tickets will not be sold at the door and we encourage you to keep your receipt (email or paper) as proof of purchase which will be accepted at the door. Use the link above to purchase your tickets and make your meal selection. Be sure to make your choice for the correct date and number of tickets (tix) you desire as well as the meal choices for each ticket purchased. If you don’t make a meal choice, you will be given ‘chef’s choice’. If you can’t purchase your tickets online, you can go to any main office at any WSD school and purchase your tickets there. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. If you have a WSD student who would like to attend and who may qualify for HB1660, please contact your student’s building secretary.
